Description

MCH Strategic Data is seeking an inside sales specialist to join our team in Sweet Springs, MO.  This is an entry-level sales position with opportunity to grow into a strategic sales role.  The qualified associate would conduct outbound calls to prospects, lapsed customers and current customers to identify new growth opportunities.  The inside sales specialist will need to have an understanding of MCH’s products and services in order to help solve a business need.  Compensation includes base salary plus commission for met metrics.  The qualified associate will also be eligible for healthcare benefits and 401K. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts 60-80 outbound lead generation calls per day in order to make up to at least 40 contacts of lapsed, prospects, and current small-volume customers; provides sales ready leads to Relationship Managers to increase revenue growth.
  • Recommends solutions that match the prospect/customer’s business and financial challenges; understands and can clearly articulate the MCH value proposition. 
  • Maintains detailed records of all activities and records information as directed in specified CRM system; demonstrates effective utilization of all appropriate systems for information capture and reporting.
  • Represents MCH professionally in all interactions.
  • Provides reporting and other information as requested.
  • Works closely with the Senior Relationship Manager Team Lead on sales process, procedures, generating quotes for prospects and lapsed customers, and appropriate sales follow up to ensure a sales outcome.

  • Achieves performance milestones at 30,60 and 90 day evaluation period prior to moving into a strategic sales position. 

Qualifications:

  • College degree or sales experience preferred. 
  • Must be metric-driven and demonstrate a desire to succeed. 
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in telesales or telephone lead generation positions.
  • Experience in developing qualified sales leads and surpassing goals.
